Beware lochs, pools, and river sides, where sodden horses, men, and women have been known to wander seeking help or company. This could be a Kelpie in disguise, trying to trick the unsuspecting into riding on its back, linking arms, or wiping away a tear. Doing so binds the victim to its body as it drags them to a watery grave. However, some are not innately hostile, their anger the result of human greed and encroachment.
